Why We Built Grace
Queenie spent more than 20 years helping people and organisations navigate change and find a better way forward. She is also a certified NLP Practitioner. She knows how people grow, what gets in the way, and how rarely the right support shows up at the right time. But knowing how to help people and being available to help them are two different things. That kind of support is expensive, hard to schedule, and not there at 2am when you really need it. There are only so many hours in a day. One evening, Queenie mentioned something to Roel that stuck: when she is working through a challenge herself, she uses three different apps. One for reflection. One for deeper insights. One for personal growth techniques. Three apps, just to work through a single difficult moment. That is how Grace was born.
