By accessing and using Chat with Grace™ ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Chat with Grace™ is an AI life coach that provides personalized guidance through natural conversation. The Service uses secure cloud AI services to offer:

• Conversational coaching and personal growth guidance
• Tarot readings with dynamic card selection and interpretation
• Journaling prompts and reflection guidance
• Daily affirmations and encouragement
• Persistent memory of your journey across conversations

3. AI Coaching Limitations

Chat with Grace™ is an AI life coach designed to provide guidance, support, and insights for personal growth. However, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Chat with Grace™ is not a replacement for professional therapy, medical advice, or mental health treatment
• Guidance provided should not be considered professional advice for medical, legal, or financial decisions
• You should seek qualified professional help for serious mental health concerns
• AI responses may occasionally be inaccurate or inappropriate despite our best efforts
• You are responsible for your own decisions and actions based on conversations with Chat with Grace™

4. User Accounts and Authentication

To use Chat with Grace™, you must create an account:

• Creating an account enables Chat with Grace™ to remember your journey across conversations
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for all activities under your account

5. Memory and Data Storage

Chat with Grace™ uses secure memory storage to remember your journey:

• Conversations are stored for up to 365 days to enable long-term relationship building
• Memory includes insights, preferences, and session summaries
• Each user's memory is completely isolated and private
• You can request data export or deletion at any time through Settings

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or AI agents
• Share account credentials with others
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Attempt to manipulate or exploit the AI for malicious purposes

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to Chat with Grace™'s conversational responses, tarot interpretations, and software, are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Service
• Any AI-generated content or guidance provided by Chat with Grace™
• Decisions made based on conversations with Chat with Grace™
• Data loss or security breaches beyond our reasonable control
• Service interruptions or technical issues

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes through the Service or via email. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason. You may terminate your account at any time through Settings or by contacting support.
