  • Tarot readings, meditation sessions, and journaling entries
  • Timestamps and conversation metadata

Memory & Insights

  • Insights about your journey and growth patterns
  • Your preferences and communication style
  • Session summaries and conversation themes
  • Patterns identified across your conversations

Technical Information

  • Device type and operating system
  • App version and usage analytics
  • Error logs and performance data

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide personalized coaching and guidance through Chat with Grace™
  • Remember your journey across conversations (365-day retention)
  • Generate contextual tarot readings, meditations, and journaling prompts
  • Send notifications (only if you enable them)
  • Improve Chat with Grace™'s responses and capabilities
  • Ensure service security and prevent abuse
  • Comply with legal obligations

4. AI Processing

Chat with Grace™ uses secure cloud AI services provided by AWS and Anthropic:

  • Conversations are processed by Claude (Anthropic's AI model)
  • Your conversation context is stored in secure memory storage
  • All AI processing occurs within AWS infrastructure with enterprise-grade security
  • Your data is never used to train public AI models
  • Each user's memory is completely isolated and encrypted

5. Data Storage and Security

We implement industry-standard security measures:

  • All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest
  • Stored securely in AWS cloud infrastructure
  • Secure authentication and access controls
  • Regular security audits and monitoring
  • Conversation data retained for 365 days, then automatically deleted

6. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell your personal information. We only share data with:

  • AWS Services: For hosting, AI processing, and data storage
  • Anthropic: For AI model processing (via AWS Bedrock)
  • Analytics Providers: Anonymized usage data for service improvement
  • Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect rights and safety

All third-party services are bound by strict data protection agreements.

7. Data Export

You can request a complete export of your data at any time through the app.

How to Request an Export

Go to Settings → Privacy & Data → Export My Data. Your export will be prepared and you'll receive an email notification when it's ready for download.

What's Included

  • Account information (email, name, creation date)
  • Profile data (birthday, zodiac signs, preferences)
  • All conversations and their messages
  • Tarot readings, journaling entries, and affirmations

What's NOT Included

  • AI-generated insights and memory (proprietary analysis)
  • Internal system metadata

Export Availability

  • Exports are available for download for 14 days
  • You can request a new export once every 14 days
  • Export files are automatically deleted after 14 days for security
  • You must be logged in to download your export

8. Your Privacy Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access & Export: Request a copy of your data (via Settings → Privacy & Data → Export My Data)
  • Correction: Update your birthday in profile settings
  • Deletion: Request account and data deletion (via Settings → Privacy & Data → Delete Account)
  • Opt-out: Disable push notifications in Settings

9. Children's Privacy

Chat with Grace™ is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us at hello@chatwithgrace.com immediately.

10. Changes to Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the Service or via email. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
